With the release of GAOV, I'm going to just mention the 5 best cards in the set, and then some notable commons that's worth some use.
Inzektor Ladybug
DARK/Insect/Effect/2/500/100
Once per turn: You can equip 1 "Inzektor" monster from your hand or Graveyard to this card. While this card is equipped to a monster, that monster's Level is increased by 2, also it gains ATK and DEF equal to this card's ATK and DEF. While this card is equipped to a monster: You can send this Equip Card to the Graveyard to target 1 face-up monster you control; increase that target's Level by up to 2.
Inzektor's latest upgrade. Now we can take our level 3 Inzektors and turn them into level 5 monsters that can make Rank 5 Xyz Monsters, this leads to our bonus Xyz monster!
Inzektor Exa-Stag
DARK/Insect/Xyz/Effect/5/800/800
2 Level 5 Insect-Type monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 monster your opponent controls or in their Graveyard; equip that target to this card. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to half the original ATK and DEF of the monster(s) equipped by this effect.
It's pretty much Relinquished! It might not gain too much, but it's still a pretty good monster to use when the timing is right. Try and equip more than one monster onto this card!
Photon Strike Bounzer
LIGHT/Warrior/Xyz/Effect/6/2700/2000
2 Level 6 monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a monster effect is activated on your opponent's side of the field: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the effect, and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.
It's a Photon! It's a Bounzer! NO! IT'S PHOTON STRIKE BOUNZER! It's the Xyz version of Effect Veiler, but for just that one instance. If you successfully negate, your opponent takes 1000 damage! It's a really good red-zone card when you're on the verge of winning. Try using this in a Jinzo/Future Fusion combo!
Lightray Sorcerer
LIGHT/Spellcaster/Effect/2300/200
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) while 3 or more of your LIGHT monsters are banished, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn: You can target 1 of your banished LIGHT monsters and 1 face-up monster on the field; shuffle the first target into the Deck, and if you do, banish the second target. This card cannot attack during the turn you activate this effect.
Chaos Sorcerer gained some light! Did it? I think this is a fairly decent update for Chaos decks. After banishing light monsters via BLS/Sorcerer and Dimensional Alchemist, it's time for them to get recycled into the deck, then you banish a monster on the field! Try one in an Agent build! I think the result will be quite nasty!
Flame Tiger
FIRE/Beast/Effect/1800/0
During your Draw Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, and you control no monsters, instead of conducting your normal draw: You can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. If this card is Special Summoned with this effect, banish it when it leaves the field.
I love cards like this. Need a monster? You got one right in the Graveyard! This card should normally be followed up by a Monarch, Synchro, or Xyz summon. Use this with Horn of the Phantom Beast, and you can get away with drawing a card anyways!
And the last card I'll mention is.....

Continuous Spell
The activation of LIGHT monsters' Effects cannot be negated.
LOL! This just made Agents a tier 1 deck again. This tells Skill Drain "fuck you!" Lets see! No more worrying about Effect Veiler, and now you gotta Solemn Warning on the summon of Venus instead of waiting for them to pay 500 life to play it.
